Poughkeepsie, NY – April 22, 2026 The MJN Center is proud to announce the 2026 inductees into the MJN Center Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame, recognizing two individuals whose careers are deeply connected to the historic venue formerly known as the Mid-Hudson Civic Center.
On Saturday, May 16, the MJN Center will induct wrestling legend Randy “Macho Man Randy Savage” Poffo, who made his WWF debut inside this very building, alongside Poughkeepsie native Mike Bell.
The induction ceremony will take place during a live event hosted by Awesome Championship Wrestling, bringing together fans for a night that celebrates both the past and present of professional wrestling.
“This venue has a long and proud history in professional wrestling, and moments like Randy Savage’s debut are a big part of that story,” said Zeidan Nesheiwat, President of the MJN Center. “We are honored to recognize both Randy Savage and Mike Bell for their contributions to the industry and their connection to this building.”
Both inductees left a lasting mark on the sport, and their ties to the Mid-Hudson Civic Center make them natural additions to the Hall of Fame.
