Hailing from The Bronx, NY, TNA Superstar and HOG Heavyweight Champion Mike Santana, will make his Awesome Championship Wrestling debut at AFTERSHOCK: May 17, 2025 at the MJN Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Sanchez worked on the American independent wrestling scene as a singles and tag team wrestler, winning titles such as the AAW Tag Team Championship, CZW World Tag Team Championship and the HOG Tag Team Championship.
In 2017, Santana joined TNA Wrestling, then known as Impact Wrestling, joining Konnan as the members of the Latin American Xchange (LAX) and won the Impact World Tag Team Championship four times, holding the record for most combined days as champions, with 662 days and, at one point, the record as the longest reign with 261 days. He also won GFW Tag Team Championship and unified the title with the Impact Tag Team Championship.
