Andreas Ziegler lifelong steroid-free professional wrestler and fitness expert. He offers online training, customized strength and diet plans, personal training, and posing coaching. He is NASM personal trainer certified and a NASM virtual coaching specialist. His passion for working out started at the young age of 10 – with the goal of no longer being the “weakest kid in school.” At the age of 16, Andreas became a regional bodybuilding champion and at age 18 he became a National bodybuilding champion. He has competed and won against both teens and adults. As a young adolescent, he also placed fourth in National Championship freestyle skiing.
Today as a coach, his passion is to teach individuals the knowledge he’s learned over the years as a professional athlete and bodybuilder. With the motto, “Build Your Future, Today!” Andreas hopes to cut through the lies and fallacies in the health and fitness industry and empower men and women to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness, and confidence.
As a professional wrestler however, he is known as “Mr Elegance” and part of The Elegance Brand in TNA Wrestling, where he is a ruthless competitor with his eye on championship gold.
